The Tidal bench mark VM# 2832, is located 22.0 ft W of the
centerline of Ferndale Avenue, in the SE corner of the front lawn 104 Ferndale, 81.5 ft SSE of a fire hydrant SW of the intersection of Ferndale and Hickory St. and 4.1 ft E of the E end of a 4 ft high chain link fence. The bench mark is set 0.12 ft below ground level, crimped to the top of a galvanized steel rod driven 50 ft to refusal, and encased in a PVC pipe and concrete kickblock. |
